yep, for what i've seen every 150-200 purification runes you get for sure 4-5 high purples or an orange stat, the point is that could not be in the stat you want.

If you are full f2p the tip is: first hoard a ton or purification runes, something like 300-400 and then refresh an item until you get an high purple or orange initiative stat, at that point use purification protection runes to lock that initiative and to get some nice stats among the other 4.
