I'm sick and tired of wasting resources on purification % when nearly everything I get is around 30% for Initiative or usually worse for me personally around 15%. I've been observing this for a LONG time now and with it being 1-100% and most of the time it being 1-30% then less likely 31-60%, even less likely 61-80% and almost impossible for 81%+ except if you want to burn through a lot of resources to maybe get something decent.
It takes forever to maybe get one thing into 70% let alone better or for more than one stat.
