I have put in around $200, and 1100 pulls into the kage treasure, and still not received a super rare. I was going to just ride it out, but at this point, I could not wait any more. You have rigged the game for far too long, and I am frankly tired of it. Set. Attainable. Goals. I demand to talk to someone about this, because I truly believe I am being cheated by this game. Well the range that people have stated that they got a kage super rare is 800-1200. If that 1100 pulls didn't count the free pulls, then you may have a problem for you to complain about.

Kinda true man.. one of my group mate has 1070 in the that treaasure and no super rare ... carefully got the free draws to 120.. even 110... and our leader got Ay at 670 and susano sasuke at 1450 so its really bad... cause over 1000 pulls and no super rare... something must be wrong he has all the kages twice some even 3 times...Cause if u have bad luck ok 1200 -with free pullls cause they DO count... at least that is what they say... u passed that 1200 mark i think and thats not ok considering people that had one super rare before 3.0 got the other on a free pull...

Same here, pulled 30 today cause i needed for my next rare and i got darui and im 1050 in this treasure now with all rares and some dupes and im pissed off... cause people are getting a super rare on a free pull... its not fair.

Hi! There has been many forum posts about Kage treasures and we have done multiple investigations. Treasure pulls has always been by chance with a guaranteed uncommon for every 10 pulls. Now from my knowledge, player feedback and data has found that there is a threshold at which you have a much higher chance to obtain a Super Rare. The threshold found is quite a large range of pulls and some players will be fortunate to get it with less pulls while others needs a little more. Treasure pulls has always been about chance, I hope that clears up some of the misconceptions about it.
