Hi! There has been many forum posts about Kage treasures and we have done multiple investigations. Treasure pulls has always been by chance with a guaranteed uncommon for every 10 pulls. Now from my knowledge, player feedback and data has found that there is a threshold at which you have a much higher chance to obtain a Super Rare. The threshold found is quite a large range of pulls and some players will be fortunate to get it with less pulls while others needs a little more. Treasure pulls has always been about chance, I hope that clears up some of the misconceptions about it.
