Why is the customer service so poor ive been blocked for 3 days for something that should i have been resolved day 1 i want an answer not this vague answer customer service been giving me telling me about an investigation when i canceled the paypal refund like they said and im still blocked now all they say is be patient while the investigation team investigates im falling behind in my server losing xp and such because of this
