Technically, the amount of chakra you start with in a round is max( min(100, 20*round), current_chakra)
So you could start a round with more chakra...
So you CANT read too much into the question, because it would be horribly difficult to word exactly correct.
isn`t actually a set amount u start with in a round + the extra leftover from previous rounds + extra u gain from various ninja abilities ? to my knowledge standard chakra u start for each round is 20 x nr of round ( aka round 1 - 20 , round 2 -40 , round 3 - 60 etc ).
so easy way to word corectly and accurately that question would be - what is the standard amount of chakra you start with on round x - answer will be 20 x the noumer of round - aka 20, 40, 60 etc .
