I would say dodges got buffed. My Iruka survived 9 rounds of Ninetails. Yes, I know I should have retreated but I just wanted to see if Iruka can survive till the end and he did. I also fought a Tobi user is arena last night and none of my mysteries hit him. Like literally none.
