And not just dodges, i find that hinata is blocking attacks she never did pre 3.0 like asumas, danzos, chojiros etc.

Yup she blocks sweep attack(s) now. I've been using her for SWB for a while. Too many blitz in the game. 1 Hinata will do.

Yes he can.

Because 9tail only attacks once per round. Even if he uses beast bomb. Iruka may dodge it.
