It's definitely possible with the Itachi + fu lineup! I completed it 2 weeks or so ago, and I was roughly 51k bp at the time. It does take many tries, but I pushed on for a few days and passed.

Team - Midnight Blade, Iruka, Itachi, Fu Yamanaka

Talents - 2,2,3,2,2

Summon - Shark (or Flood Dragon, if you have it)

IMPORTANT - Fu's puppet must be shielded + buffed by Iruka's shields (otherwise it won't chaos Danzo properly). In order to do this, take everyone out of the lineup (besides your main). Place Fu first, then Itachi, then Iruka. X out of the window, then go back and replace the ninjas as shown above. I'm not exactly sure how this part works, but somehow this causes for Fu to have the first move in the fight.

Round 1:

Select - S Sasuke

When Danzo makes his move, he must be put under chaos by unsuccessfully killing Fu's puppet. If he does kill it, retreat. When S Sasuke attacks, make sure Iruka has the most life out of Fu and Itachi. This is important because when Enemy Midnight Blade attacks, he must target any other ninja besides Iruka, otherwise Iruka ends up dying (he's needed next round) No one must die.

Round 2:

Select - S Sasuke, then Danzo

Use Iruka's mystery immediately to interrupt Sasuke. If you don't, retreat. Use Midnight Blade's skill and make sure to combo Danzo. Midnight's skill should be immediately available again, so select it again so it'll be used right away next round. (If Iruka dies, its fine, but no one else should die)

Round 3:

Select - Danzo

Danzo must cast Izanagi on himself, and NOT S Sasuke. If he does, retreat! Use Midnight Blade's skill and again combo Danzo. After, use Fu's skill to Chaos SS after SS uses his standard. This causes for Sasuke to be chaosed next round and unable to use his mystery (if you end up killing him, fantastic) No one on your team should die.

Round 4:

Select - Danzo

Use Midnight Blade's skill, combo Danzo as always. Sasuke should be dead, and if he's not after MB's mystery then make sure to kill him that round. If Danzo dies, awesome! If not, that's definitely fine. (Also if Fu dies, that's alright, but he, MB, and Itachi should still be alive.)

Round 5 to end of battle

These few more rounds are more based on improvision and going off of what remains. Use MB's skill, and make sure to combo someone. If Danzo is weak enough to be killed by his skill, select Enemy MB. or Fu if MB can easily be killed. Danzo and MB should be dead by Round 5 or 6. Afterwards is just Enemy Fu, and victory is practically assured.
