It is and for ur BP will do more scalling so ull get more battle power and the guy above me is right...the power of the keys has a connection to refines, like charma with magatamas and so on...so u have to synchronize and also wait for the rebates...always ull get few more stuff and its worth it most of the time.. charms are increasing effect not only magatams but also key runes..refines have nothing to do with keys.
and yes, that pack is woth it. but wait for rebate to use your keys.
Lol refines have nothing to do with keys? Lol u must have poor initiative etc...everything is connected and refines and purification connects all of that.

Btw refines have nothing to do with cave keys, they have with purifications and purification pills, while charms have with cave keys and magatamas, so next time check your facts before saying something *
Oh he wins does he...ok let me get my check book ...and im right everything is connected ..saying im wrong doesnt make u right ;-) and words to the wise ...winning in space time doesnt make u an expert...even myself won against 5k and 8k difference so im not saying im an expert...
