Whatever you need is pretty much the way to go. If you still need to get your rune stones to level 5 or 6, then do so. If your charms are low, then go for charms and the Rainbow Magatama. If your refinement runes are low, then go and do those. As Jib said, there is no right or wrong answer. It's just based on your own needs. I know that my rune stones are suffering right now and I am just now waiting for another rebate to fix that.
