I'm not sure if this will still work now since they removed the poison from GNW Kankuro's mystery. Anyways try it. Summon to use is purple or gold Tiger. Lots of RNG involved.

Round 1: GNW Kankuro must not be blinded. Hinata must dodge all attacks or at least have half HP remaining. Kankuro will initiate a combo on Hashirama, acupunture and chaos must connect.

Round 2: Main mystery on Minato. Minato must not dodge, acupuncture and chaos must connect. If possible Tobirama and/or Hiruzen must be chaosed as well. Kankuro's puppet must survive.

Round 3: Kankuro mystery on Tobirama, acupuncture and chaos must connect. Use Zabuza's Mystery, Minato must be blinded. By the end of the round Minato must be dead.

Round 4: Main mystery on Hiruzen. If possible must inflict chaos on Hashirama as well. By the end of the round Tobirama must be dead.

Round 5 onwards: Try not to die before the poison kills Hashirama and Hiruzen.
