I wanted to level up an item in charm system,i mean i have 30/30 but still not leveling to level 3..why? Its freezed there,nothing happened. Please fix this.. need help. Thanks!

try clear cache and if still happen send ticket to cs with print screen....

It's not a bug. Most people don't need to fill it up but some people have to. It's just bad luck since some people have said on this forum that filling the bar for either doing refinement, battle armor, and charms doesn't mean you get when you fill it up. I, myself, filled my bar for refinement and thought it was strange but saw posts about it. 31/30 guarantees a level up rather than 30/30.

Blessing is actually a bar of "how likely you are to level up on your next attempt meter" and not a "fill this and level up meter"

Hover your mouse over the bless bar and it will tell you as such (well, not exact words but...)
