Try Danzo LM Iruka guy. It's a pseudo Lighting blitz (ideally you would want WB asuma) with 2 interrupts, leech and decent damage.

Talents: 3-2-4-3-2, Summon snake.

Not the best lineup immaginable, but it should work and makes use of some good ninjas.

I did decently well with Sage Jiraiya-Danzo-Fire Main-Fu Yamanaka. Fu's puppet died practically every turn which was a constant fuel for Ambition.
