Assuming you haven't got frags elsewhere(seeing as you have some extra frag on some, it's unlikely), that's 18 rares. Given the average rate, that's 1080 total pulls.

That would put you in but not above ultra rare zone so it is normal.

i got my first rare at 1300

i dont have the money to cash for kages, i only tried getting some danzo but was only like 3 frags. I always thought the maximum pulls was 1k but ig its not

1000 in the kage treasure here ... no super rare yet... if u are 1080 .. do u know how many free pulls u got? i know for a fact that i havent missed more then 10 days from december till today... so i can say that i have more then 100 easy free pulls... probably 120.. so ill kinda do till 1100 and just quit cause like u said every one is pulling super rares.. and people that got one, got another one... its like 3.0 reverse their counter to the pulls they had before .. cause i think when u get a super rare you kinda starting from scratch till ur second rare....

They say it counts i mean u can report it but .. dont know ..they wont do anything but its sad really ... i think everyone shoould get 100 procent chance after 1000 pulls cause this is *...

for both rares and super rares.

Which means it was included in my 1080 estimation. Of course, my calculation is only an estimation of what you have done based on the ninja (and frag thereof) that you have, you might have a more accurate number somewhere.
