Lately i'm seeing people and there grannys pulling ultimate left and right and i'm over here pulling over 1k and the dupe this morning just pushed me. Tell me is it normal to pull all these and not get an ultimate?

i dont have the money to cash for kages, i only tried getting some danzo but was only like 3 frags. I always thought the maximum pulls was 1k but ig its not

i pull hella free pulls, idk if free pulls count or not but if it does i'm confident ive done more then 1200 in total pulls
