KoH is the one super rare that we have reliable evidence showing it can be gotten at any time. You can get it with 10 scrolls, you can get it with 1000.
Supposedly either kirin or KoH drop at 2000 pulls, but i have yet to see someone who has pulled that many times from summon and posted on the forum. Sadly the most reliable way to get it is to exchange the equivalent of 30 lvl 7 runes in order to exchange for his fragments. But this is not really worth it imo, that is a lot of power you are exchanging for 1 summon.
Anyways, if someone has pulled 2000 times from summon and indeed got KoH or Kirin i would be interested to know.

@Armand so lets say i have now 1 full set of 7 lvl runes, another set with all 7 except one 6 lvl, and last set with few 7 , and all 6 lvl. so imma like near that 2000 mark? like 1700 SS mb?
KoH requires 80 frags sold in shop at 18k points for 5 frags, So in total you need 288K points.
You can convert runes into summon points (click on them and then choose redeem). Lvl 7 runes are worth 9.6k summon points, lvl 6 runes 4.8K summon points and to convert a lvl 6 rune into a lvl 7 one you need to merge it with anothet lvl 6 rune.
30 * 9.6 = 288, that's why i said you needed 3 full sets (so 30 runes) at lvl 7 that you then could exchange for points to redeem on the shop. However i would not advise you to exchange your runes for points in order to get KoH, from what you told me you must have close to 900 extra life, 500+ on nin/tai and 300+ on def/res stats. That's a LOT of power.
Also thx for the input from the other guys, it seems you really have a fixed drop of 2k summon scrolls on kirin and KoH. However it willprobably take over a year for a casual spender/f2p to reach that mark.
