Fact is, i have no info on that either, so best to wait until we've done the maintenance.

Whether or not you know about where would Tsunade [Hokage] be, if someone were to use logic and eliminate the possible events she could show up, Mission General Mobilization is the only event that would make sense, unless a hidden event gets added later like Limited Recruitment for this past week.
