What i think is that kage treasure now is exactly like is in 4.0 in china. No counter, only lucky chance per draw to get a rare with increased odds in comparison with our previous odd to get a lucky rare, something like if before was 1% chance to get a rare with a counter at 60 to get a sure rare if you didn't get now one before now is simply 2% chance to get a rare per draw with no counter to prevent bad luck streaks. If the situation is so then even if for many people the things are better than they used to be for some unlucky guys they are worse.

china treasures have draw caps just as we do, its about 40-80 for a rare which avarages at 60 but can go higher or lower depending on rng -

Why does the summon rebate starts at 13th? Like why? And the mission event...like srsly?! Really?? Stamina potions and charms that are 120 coupons and we have konoha shop for that...the ninjas sack def...218 for Tsunade??? Its like a random number or you voted on it?? And you put Rasa same as Obito???!! Cause we already have him and yeah lets make it incredible expensive ...wow what a let down...only good thing is sailor but 35 points...* thats like 70 coupons and she is 40 coupons at best on other events like sage....You ruin this event for me and I always bought boxes in this...
Summon rebate you cannt wait 3 days for it? what does it matter its still in the monthly week for the 2 10x draws
Mission event always had high prices for if you buy the boxes (charm packs were always 60 points), 218 for tsunade well i guess thats a bit of a rnd number but why do you care if its 218, 215 or 220?
Rasa beeing that expensive i dont really get either but its probably because he is only 2 star and you need 30 not 80 frags to recruit him, still i dont agree with that price for rasa
This event was always great for how much free stuff you get per week (1050 points) not because of the price of the stuff in it, that was always overpriced if you bought it through boxes

No med refines
well med refines are slowly gonna shift out of event just like basic refine runes did months ago, they will be replaced by adv refines
if you look at german events you wont see med refines in any events anymore
you can still get them over the group shop or over the monthly event though

Yes they do have a cap and counter btw i play in China but ... 40-80 rate nahh man tell this to my group mate that spend 150 on kage and didnt get not one rare and he was saving those scrolls from day one.... thats how people quit.. that is how...
well i dont know what happened there but all im seein from me, my group or my server nothing like this ever happened
people get salty if the rare isnt dropping on 60 but highest i have ever seen was 80 for 1 designated rare
maybe it was a bug? did he ask support so they look at his account?
