I have seen niche, creative C-B-maybe one A or S class teams take out poorly arranged, and sometimes good, rare teams. So many decent to great ninja are ignored because they aren't popular or rare, but that doesn't make them useless, you just have to be smart about how you use them and I think this list kind of discourages that.
