At 63k power you can beat all the exams except for 165 with one of the following lineups for azure fang:
Mei, mabu, tenten gnw 32111 lightning tiger
Mei, ao, chojuro 32112 gamaken
Sage naruto, bee sst, gaara shippuuden 32322 dog of hell
A friend of mine, garv in the forum, did it with them.
For 165 he used kisame, ao, mei lineup.
