Yes, you can actually do it without losing anything by swapping temari and azure fang places. In this SA poison tai do a way way better job than reserve seal since all your enemies except for roshi in round 3 and utakata in round 4 suffers from it and gnw temari mystery being tai/nin spreads it. About not using skewering is all up on you but if you want to keep tsunade sannin war your main has to have a damage dealing mystery, otherwise you won't be able to land enough damage every round, but i would remove healing tips and place neurotoxin. You don't really need all this healing in this sa, at most you c*e healing jutsu as standard attack instead of monster strength.

Personally speaking I'm using for this sa chojuro, mifune, mei, but I'm pretty sure suigetsu would work better, is just that I'm lazy in boosting him.
