save coupons,always buy refines/charms from events with points,do all daily events,up your ninjas stars,get all gold ninja tools(except blade,cane and scroll,you will need 32k power for that),purple/gold chakras from 8 gates,lvl up your bond with ninjas in home,summons runes,rune stones(get keys from tree),thats the way to power
Yeah! I asked my groupmate about this question of mine after posting here and he answered me the same answer. Well I guess, I need to focus on refining equipment and understand how 8 gates works. thanks by the way for info guys :D

Difference isn't that big. It might come down to what ninjas they are currently using (having a second team with all 5* can increase you bp on paper by 2k in comparison to regular 3* teams). They might have had luck getting an earlier refine/battle armor level up as well. Inspect their equipment and compare to yours, see what they have better. If you have almost everything at the exact same level, then it's 8gates/2nd ninja team/costume thing (because those are unavailable to inspect, yet increase power as well).
Yeah! I think it's their refines and other stuffs that increases their BP. They suggested to me that spend my coupons on refining materials and upgrading my battle armor. and other stuffs. Well, thanks by the way for answering my question :D

Lets talk about the disvantages of level freezing.
1st: you can't awaken/cultivate your ninjas nor you can furthermore level up your equipment so here is a sure loss of power. In 10 levels this quantity amounts to 1-2k of good primary stats power.
2nd:if you are freezing before level 85 you are not able to fully use your talents. For example for azure fang means to not be able to use reserve seal or skewering if you freezing at level 84 or 79, for breeze dancer means to not use sand dust or natural draining. Is not a secondary issue at all.
3rd:secondary stats scales with level. Have you ever tried ninja exams? Where your hinata never avoid an hit or where you constantly fail to control the ninjas with your ccs? That's dued to level difference. In a fight between a level 85 and a level 95 at the same power with close secondary stats what you see is that by being 85 you crit a lot less, you fail to control a lot more and your standard attacks start combos way less.
