Yup!!! Do save your seal scrolls for the five kage. If patience is your friend, I'd also recommend you to save up for Jinchuriki treasures. It can be done. Five kage treasures has ninjas that are capable of establishing a barrier which can strengthen your ninjas. Once you get one rare ninja that does barrier, I'd recommend you to save up for jinchuriki Rosh since he's capable of making a barrier with damage using his mystery.
