If you are not confident, I recommend recording your pulls because you can submit it to customer support if any issues arise.

Let me first say I appreciate the response Jib, and I also meant to thank you for answering a question I had in a previous thread, so thank you.
I still feel like I need to say that my biggest issue with that suggestion though is that customer service could very easily say "working as intended," when so many players are reporting a drastically different experience with the treasure. Unfortunately my trust in Oasis has been hurt far too often to feel confident in that regard as well, I hope you can understand why I feel that way at the moment with all that's happened.
Now once again nothing against you at all Jib, I really do respect how active you are in the community, and the suggestion still makes sense. A part of me hopes someone does exactly that and they discover whatever is causing the pulls to seem so erratic.
I also hope that you can continue to be the voice of reason you seem to be, and that Oasis steps up to be the company we all wish they were. Thanks again for all your effort, and I look forward to maybe seeing some positive changes in the future.
