Yeah I have always pulled rares at 60ss and my last rare was a month before reanimated treasure and I haven't pulled only used free pulls. Not sure how long ago that is, but I doubt it is over 4 months. Since 3.0 I have yet to see anyone pull any kage ninja which is a bit su*ious. If what I have read on the forums is correct and people are opening 100+ ss for a rare then that is crazy. I seen the pinned topic saying nothing has been changed, but no proof was provided. I cannot say if it has been changed or not because I haven't been trying to pull a rare in kage since 3.0, but you cannot say nothing has changed without proof and same goes to those who say they have spent 100+ ss and still no rare. If someone you know who just pulled a kage rare and is about to pull another tell them to recorded it and upload it to YouTube to serve as proof. If there were an official post regarding each treasures drop rates this whole issue wouldn't exist.

They have test server for these types of matters. Like testing a patch before it releases ect. So if they wanted to test it they could, but I already assume they have, but there is no proof of it. Guess we just wait for someone to post a video of there pulls. Still not sure if it truly is bugged since I haven't pulled and I lost count on my free pulls so if anyone has a lot of scrolls willing to spend on kage treasure record it.
