Time to throw in my two cents:

First off, I must give thanks to you Jib for at the very least trying to keep tabs on this and reaching out to the playerbase, which is a big step up from not getting a statement at all. With that said, I do need to point out some things:

First off, there are way too many people reporting sporadic incidents such as this. If only 1-2 people make a claim and no one else notices, then I can understand the reluctance. But when a vast majority are seeing something VERY DIFFERENT than what they were used to before 3.0, then it really does merit a deeper investigation. Unfortunately, I assume that you can either only report what has been passed to you (which you may very well be kept in the dark on matters as well) or it is possible you do know more, but aren't allowed to comment. (which is understandable)

There is a VERY noticeable difference post 3.0 update. I am a very meticulous type of person and have recorded every pull I have made down to a science. Each pull for Kage was 60 Seal Scrolls for a rare (ticker) on the dot when pulling 10 at a time. No deviation. Now we have reports of people going 90~110. (and in some extreme cases, 150). This isn't an issue that should be shrugged off in the slightest. As the saying goes....where there is smoke, there is almost certainly fire.

Lastly, to be very critical of you (sorry, but I must in fairness) I take issue with the fact that players are told to "video record" IF they are concerned or worried. I feel that this isn't the right stance to take. What players here is: "There is nothing wrong or changed, believe us. However, if you feel that it isn't, record it "NEXT TIME" for the future."

The reason this bugs me so is that:

1) There doesn't seem to be absolute certainty with player reports or concerns.

2) This pretty much tells the people that were already affected, "Sorry, but since you don't have proof, we can't help you."

Let me clarify: I'm not saying that this is what you (or anyone from Oasis) are actually saying, but this is the impression that it gives to players that save their Seal Scrolls for months, then have something odd happen with no recourse.

Players aren't expecting expecting a full on 10 page report and video proof from Oasis, but WE DO expect a little more effort than a, "Nothing was changed with the Kage Treasure" type of response.

End Tirade
