Ok, I understand that you don't always get a level after using a handful of charms, but 29/30 used just trying to get to lvl 3??? I did 6 charms per category this morning and didn't get any levels either and some of those were level 1s... Is this normal and I just have horrible luck?

And 1 more question. Do you guys think it's more beneficial to use charms to get everything to level 2 and then go for lvl 3s for rainbows or just use all the charms on 1 items until it's lvl 3 then go to the next ninja?
