Ofc they can pull him with free pull. Do not mistake "free pull" with "first pull". They could just as well use 1000 scrolls and the next day get jackpot with free pull.

Also there is no specific magical number. Im assuming between 120 and 980 you got a rare a few times. There is only an estimated amount. It is a +/- system.

That's weird cos in china server they showed how many pulls you need to get this specific ninjas, from rare to super rare but here it's all random? Or oasis is just not telling us the exact numbers.

They never told us exact numbers. All treasure breakpoints are just average number of pulls after which playerbase got their rares. For a long time (for unknown to me reasons) seal draw threasholds were a taboo, same as speaking about any other naruto online version.

You'll still in the range (800-1200) for the super rare. Just because most people got it before 1000, it doesn't mean that's going to happen for you. You could be one of the unlucky ones that had to go up to 1200 pulls. Like everyone said, pulling for a super rare on a free pull can happen but the drop rate for it would be very low. I got chiyo's ten puppets on the seal treasure as a free pull and apparently she's the super rare of that treasure.

There have already been tons of other threads on this, I'm surprised the moderator didn't delete this one already. In the English speaking servers, you can get a rare on any pull. I got Sage Naruto on around my 14th pull in his box ( that's counting free pulls ) but I have also gone over 70 draw 10's without getting a rare in some boxes. As Jiburiru said in another thread, "It's all based on chance but players have determined that there is a possible chance of a threshold where the likelihood of obtaining something is higher.".

Hi! This was answered in multiple threads. The chance to draw is partially by chance, which means you can get a super rare ranging from your first seal scroll and later. Like was said above - based on player's findings - there is a threshold that when met can give you a higher chance of obtaining a rare or a super rare.
