There is no trick, just think of it as a pvp fight not pve. They move in proper turn order and they have pretty high refines, my slower guys at 300~ initiative go after them, but guys in 600+ go first. For team anything works, as long as you have interrupt or acupuncture every turn so you can block their skills.

Typical mid game lightning meta team Kakashi/Hinata/Kabuto will work. Talents Chidori Blade Shadow/2nd or 3rd attack down to preference/Lightning Sword chase/Anbu Special Tactics/Clone or Bloodthirsty Demon down to preference with Ninja Dog Shiba summon.

Make your formation so Main is move 1, Kakashi move 2, Hinata move 3, Kabuto last. With this you have 8 combo every turn that you can start by cycling mains and Kakashis mystery that has acupuncture, paralyze and ignite in it. Just cancel their mysteries correctly and it will be easy win 95% of time.
