at 64k power i used only these 3 teams with azure fang: mei, mabui, tenten gnw - mei, ao, chojuro - gaara shippuuden, bee sst, sage naruto, so if one don't work try another one of those 3. The only exception was the exam 165(?), the one with the water meta team, where i used kisamo, ao, mei.
