We shouldn't need to follow a Facebook page to learn about server maintenance/bugs. Most games release information like that inside the game, but this game can't even fix German translations being in the US servers so I guess that's asking too much.

Confused as to why this guy is speaking like he works for Oasis games.

Don't see how a relationship with a mod means you suddenly become one with the team. Until his name shows up on the moderator list, I won't take anything he says other than an opinion.
