• Yup, as Jib said, you can obtain the raikage on the very first free draw. Its all about chance, and statistics show that you get a rare every 50-70 pulls, and a super rare every 10 rares or so. Now in my case, the first time I ever drew 10 from Kage, I pulled danzo. But I've also gone 70+ seals without getting a rare. It's all about chance, so good luck!
