Hello Moderators and fellow ninjas...

This is by no means made to be an attack on the moderators/ administrators of the forum (of which I understand have no ability to alter, change, skew, or participate in the fixing or thereof in the Naruto Online game mechanics). I do however express my disappointment in the manner of which the latest bugs and glitches, arising from the v3.0 patch, have been dealt with and the respective proceedings carried out.

Oasis Games, to personal knowledge, did not issue appropriate warnings concerning the reset of "drawing opportunities" in the Seal Scroll: Kage Treasures, essentially deluding players into spending (and buying!) more ingots/coupons upon seal scrolls (under pretense that further consumption was required) in attempts to "pull" from the bugged treasure that, until recently, was not dispensing so called "Rare" ninja no matter how many seals had been used. Furthermore Oasis Games, unlike their Chinese counter-part Tencent, do not supply the consumers (us) with "drop-rates" in various events, treasures etc... This lack of transparency communicates that Oasis Games are unwilling to co-operate with the games fan-base and allows the company free rein to "rig and control" consumer opportunities in-game.

Please understand that those who invest into the game, and those that do not eventually run out of so called "patience". There is an adequate reason that the "ninjas" of the Naruto Online game lose interest and stop playing. Oasis I urge you to listen to them and assess the game adequately...

Agreed, and we STILL have no statement in regards to the *ing (if information was stolen or not) and no apology or explanation about the undisclosed admin accounts in active servers pushing big spenders to spend more. This is unacceptable and we deserve an apology.

I am happy if they prove me wrong, but by looking at their previous actions taken by oasis do you really think they will post anything about it now or continue to ignore it and pretend like it never happened. I am quite confident it's the latter.

We do deserve at least a proper statement, it is pure madness that any company does not disclose such a major *ing incident at least they could have warned people to take some extra account/credit card protection measures even if it was not necessary in the end.
