Could you please provide any screenshot of this situation? Please keep in mind if he is killed by a skill that prevents ressurection, he won't be able to activate his passive.

unfortunally i cant pic it but..

i do remember once when it happened :

i used sage naruto mastery in wanted missions vs orochimaru and with it i killed orochi + another sound but there was 1 or even 2 sound left and he didnt resurect..

At times in in0-game modes, some ninjas retain their original passives/skills, which means Orochimaru would revive after 2 rounds, instead of killing a sound ninja to immediately revive
