1＃ Go ToI was happy the game with new events, seeing both time-limited & refining event both here makes me very happy but after get a equip to refine lvl 8 & tried to claim some adv runes but realize the Refining event is bugged all rewards are shown "Claimed" which is from event way before when i used more than 500 refine runes, just now I only used less than 300 refine runes, i loss all potential rewards locked up.

what are u claiming the reward for 500 bro ?
During last refining rebate events weeks before i get to spend over 500 refine runes & claimed it.
Now my progress today was wasted as after maintenance the game cleared all my spend refine rune counters.

got this answear from one mods :
There was problem with new event and after maintenance those problems were fixed. All new events were rested. It is not a bug.
However, if you spend your charms or refines before maintenance, please contact us via this email : narutoen_support@oasgames.com. We need your log file (you can save it by typing "hylogfile" while you are in the game and you are on the event page, windows that will allow you to save your log file will pop up). Please attach your log file to your email and also do not forget to add your character name, server number, UID and small desc
