Same thing happened to me just now too. Hope this gets sorted out.

I got a little more than 400 refining last time and didn't make the cut to get 500 rewards, and when I saw this event earlier than expected I already thought hat there's a bug in this so I tried refining 10 first then nothing happened, and then that's where I noticed the claimed *ons, but the last 1 is only written in claim. I saw the counter and it says 400+/500 so I think that's the problem.
Guys learn from the past like the fishing event, when yo see early events don't jump on it, inspect carefully first

Do we get compensated for this as victims/bug reporters? We just want to get the rewards that we're supposed to get. Getting those 1,000 refines is not a joke.

Yes we will refrain from using this event until further notice, but what about people who doesn't go to forum or who just online and saw there is event update on hot topic. They will do the mistake over and over again.
Please disable the event ASAP and do a server roll to the point where event not yet begin to make it fair for everyone.

Edit : Even better if you guys making an server rollback right before you doing an emergency maintenance. everyone will be happy
This is Oasis at its finest, I guess.
1. You shouldn't let a bugged event out in the first place. This one alone is already terrible enough.
2. Instead of sending ingame messages to inform players of said event, you created a topic on the forum where most players don't even know exist. (I didn't mean this thread, but there is one concerned about this matter from admin)
I don't have any proof and I don't need to since it's not my fault. You should be able to sort it out and get it all fixed without players' assistance.

compensation wouldn't hurt oasis. i just saw the post right now when the server went down for maintenance and i have spent around 270pcs refinements before i know it was bug.
so that's it? you guys reset the event and abandon those who already spent their refines before it was announced as "bugged"?

There was problem with new event and after maintenance those problems were fixed. All new events were rested. It is not a bug.
However, if you spend your charms or refines before maintenance, please contact us via this email : narutoen_support@oasgames.com. We need your log file (you can save it by typing "hylogfile" while you are in the game and you are on the event page, windows that will allow you to save your log file will pop up). Please attach your log file to your email and also do not forget to add your character name, server number, UID and small desc

ah my good friend, i wasnt disbelieve you, the thing is if you check those pics i uploaded from the beginning you'll see 12 hours diff between the 1st report and the wishing credit removal, and i moved from a place to another, i wish i was wrong about my thought according to the "log" they wanted.
