I don't know what you're talking about but half of the events are geared towards everyone. If you failed to save your refinement runes and charms for the rebates, then its your lack of awareness of the monthly event. Also, there's a update on ninja exam....
rebates take 5min to finish, so 3/11 events are worthless after 5min, and i saved enough adv refines to get a lvl 10 refinement so its not that i didnt save
ninja exam will probably take me 1hour to finish max, after that nothing changes from the current, reset sweep daily cycle.
new scrolls from exam will take me 20 days to fully farm assuming they give 1 every day at the last exam like normal and at that point my gear will be done.
"Lucky *" hasnt been worth spending on yet, and i doubt they changed the odds to make it worth it.
then the "Time Limited" shop, i can't remember the last time it had something worth buying that wasn't an item for another event already.
daily purchase as always, isnt worth spending on.
so thats 3/11 that are done for the week in 5min, and 2/11 that i will completely ignore because they have no value, then another 3/11 that require real money and so i will ignore them now too. so a total of 8/11 events that can be ignored after 5min of playing tomorrow. so there realy isnt much to do during these events
there are really only 2 events to enjoy this week and extra ninja exams which will not change much

My post talks about which events are geared to which players rather than the enjoyment of the event. Your experience is different from other people. The fact that lucky board is still up (hopefully ba
sed on the ending date) means people can get charms and runes if they haven't got all the items if they were low on coupons from the beginning of the event.
my post is talking about which events are geared toward which players too, for f2p there are realy only 3 events this week, rebates are things that take so little time that you can't realy count them as events for a week, they could be for 1 day and u could still get the full benefit out of them. even out of those 3 events, they dont take much time, two of the events alot of people will finish while running dailies without doing anything differently(some people dont normaly run wanted missions), so they are just "heres extra stuff for running dailies".
p2p get an additional 3 events but i wouldn't even say those events are worth it when looking at the rewards.
just because the event exists and can be used by a group doesnt mean its actualy made for that group,
