Having f2p, if they realy are f2p, getting a rare ninja x2 with the current odds is bizare. Specially since it's not an isolated event.
Oasis has a reputation of being extremely shady and unethical. It would not surprise me that they sometimes pick a random player and make him extremely lucky in order to entice players to buy more stuff. The 1500 box draw proves that the odds can be as low as 0.1% for jackpot ninjas.
I really suggest that no one goes for any type of jackpot ninja. Just assume they do not exist and never expect to get them.

Our 5 merged servers have only one tobirama, the chances of top drop are like 0.001% if i remember correctly from Utopia video.
That's a bit of an exageration xP.
An 0.1% chance menas that after opening 1000 packs your odds are around 66% (too lazy to do the math) and only after 3000 packs they go over 96%.
So its better to just say that even after opening 1000 boxes chances are you will not get a ninja. It's easier to understand.
