No one asked me, but I am going to post my 2 cents here anyways.

I think that a big part of the problem are the mods, they sometimes treat the customers unfairly and don't give a * about them.And after the customers start to complain about a certain something, they come back and give 20.000 coins as a "Sorry gift", meanwhile they lost 4-5 players(because they deleted their posts, made them feel unwanted and treated unfairly so they quit), and they don't understand that you lose 4-5 players today, you lose 4-5 tomorrow, at some point you'll run out...

Also if we look at things from their perspective, it would be like this: How would you guys feel working for minimum wage and cupons, and the customers treating you badly? I tell you how, frustrated...So basically we're here in a never ending blame circle, a circle that cannot be broken.My advice to you all is to leave, and never look back, because things are not going to get better, best case scenario, things will just be the same.
