so i just got my first 4k monitor. upon trying to log in from the mini client the image is extremely zoomed in and a second window has now started opening also. i can scroll down but not left or right. during game play my character during anything is moving extremely slow, almost like extreme lag, and every single menu requires a load time. is it a setting issue or something else i'm missing?

it does it in both the mini client and the browser version. I've even tried turning down my pc settings to 1080 and it still does it.

  • Are you up-scaling the game to "full screen" size or is it taking up a quarter of your screen in its native resolution?

The game is made for up to 1080p, so utilizing the full screen will require the flash object to be zoomed-in and/or otherwise upscaled. And doing that to a flash object does not always produce the best result.

im using the mini client on windowed full screen. the issue with the mini client zoom i'm having is at the log in screen i can only see the left side, and can't scroll right of that and the main window is a zoomed in picture of what is in the second window.

I've even tried changing my settings on my tv back down to 1080 and still having the same issue.
