Logically, we don't have to give you proof of anything Qolem. You guys have access to EVERY LOG in the game and can see that certain players are not getting Rare Drops from the Kage Treasures. On the other hand, if these players DO prove that there is something wrong with the drops by using their own money and recording it, the real question lies here:

Will they be compensated for proving that the drops are bad by giving them their money back? If the answer is no, they have zero reason to help.
