They exactly know its bugged but they wont tell you that to dont give free compensation. I wasted 100 scrolls and not even 1 rare ninja(on kage ofc, other treasures works fine). As i saw on forum many people had same issue. They will keep saying its percentage chance to draw rare (XD). Mods if you dont know ur own game its not good.

They have test server - or at least test characters cuz in events previews u can see nicks like NarutoOnlineEN1 etc. They want movie from us cuz they want to spend more. They need evidene? 50 posts on forum that has been deleted are not enough?

You giving free kages, red charkas and refines to mods and u cant waste 50 scrolls to test bug. WP
