I believe it's saying the Arena season is over. A simple definition of Zenith is climax, or highest point in an event. So the fighting is pretty much over, all that's left it for us to receive our rank rewards.

The announce happens when ranked battle rewards are given out, so I would assume it is in regards to ranked battle.
