If you are impatient of doing survival, you can get him either in the sage treasure or he sometimes appears in the treasure of the sages. However, like what TakafumiNaito said, I recommend you just do survival.

You can get all his 80 frags in one go in survival, the chance is not high but in 2-3 months it is very possible. He is also i believe a normal drop from the tendo treasure? Needs to be checked though.

As for Asuma WB, he is a rare drop from tendo but i just pieced him from survival and chase missions. Took me over 5 months though.

You dont need Asuma,you need good team.I play water,my team is Haku(for barier),GNW Tenten(may use regular if dont have GNW),Chojuro(if dont have him,use Suigetsu).A friend play wind,with Gaara,Tenten and Temari,he is always top5,with lowest power compared to others.Think your team,not just copy what internet feed you
