I reply here since the previous thread (this one: https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-22668-1.html) was closed. Imho doesn't make any sense. So, qoolem, you are telling me that right now is matsuri bugged and arena is not? And that is normal that you have to stay there even 15-20 minutes while waiting to be matched in ranked arena battles without being able to do anything in game, not even chat in world or in group? Honestly speaking to me seems that is arena bugged and not matsuri and that was right as it was before, in 2.0, when you could click on 'esc' and continue to play while waiting. How works arena now it doesn't make much sense.

The situation you described in your thread was not possible to replicate without the use of ESC *on.
Moreover, before 2.0, the situation was looked into by me, and I found myself, as well as a few players unable to use that function. That's what makes me believe it to be a bug that it was there in the first place.
That being said, I may be completely wrong, I'm reporting the entire situation as a whole. Whichever happens to be the bug, it should be fixed.
Thank you and sorry if i seemed a bit polemic, it's just that this change further discourages people in joining rank arena (as if rank arena by itself wasn't discouraging... ).
