lightning is more straight dps, and fire is more support. lightning can prevent combos and attack with powerful taijutsu, while fire can prevent debuffs, put your front enemy to sleep with every standard attack, burn the enemies, and even inflict the enemy with a debuff that deals damage when they use chakra

its all about preferences, personally i like them both, because they are both basically sasuke lol
