Lol even china hasn't hit the 4.0 yet. They are at the end of 3.0 to be more likely. This 3.0 of the english version is still a very raw-ish 3.0. Only touches the surface of 3.0. But yeah, the en version may get the new look when it hits the very end of 3.0

  • china has been in 4.0 for a while actualy, i dont know why u think its still 3.0 there, people on cn c*l confirm it for u as well as many have on the forums and on youtube

You can see on the news page in china, the game is perceived as : version 3. Even on the huoying forum, no signs of 4.0 being spoken about.
