looks like they are fast to delete threads but give no * about its community requests, concerns and so on.
if it makes u feel any better they are not the only ones fast to delete/ close posts/ tickets .... customer support does it too ...here have a laugh at the screenshot ... instead of an answer i got a extremely helpful "this form has been closed " .

Could you provide more details? An accusation without any basis for it will never be taken seriously...
I'm pretty sure there was some reason to delete particular threads, but I can't really tell, because of lack of any information.
how about also giving a reason when you are extremely quick to close a therad so people can`t ask for further information or post further proof to back-up their claims or even ask how the investigation is going ? or simply wait for the OP of the thread to tell you that the issue has been fully clarified / properly answered / issue has been fixed and you may proceed to closing the thread. As it stand right now , even if they not feel fully satisfied of the answer given or if they may want to post additional screenshots to prove the oposite of your answer, they can`t do it since u closed the thread , and if they make a new one, you will just delete it for double posting .
PS : i`mm assuming it`s you who is closing the threads since you`re the mod who has the answer in those if there is a answer from a mod. (especially since in some of the recently closed threads last post is from you).

same if you go in a Fast Food and you start arguing with the guy in the front why the Kebab is expensive, isn't that guy fault that the Owner of the Business does that, he is here to do something, forwarding you questions and problems to his bosses , and respond to you , and at he is really frendly compare to other mods what we had . so can you show a little bit more respect for him?
As this game nobody force you to play if you like the way is it play it if no, from my point of view you need to have some money to pe in top 10 Space-time players if you plan to play for free then you need to accept that will be player who will pay to be stronger than you .
and in case if you didn't notice they are fixing slowly the mistakes, you guy's should focus how to help them on improving this game not to complain, and tryng to make DRAMA believe me the Owners of the game will not care about your opinion this is from my point of view.

If not a forum moderator has the power to close or delete threads or posts who does ? only the admins ? interesting ..look few posts above and see that " Note: This post has been deleted by Qolem (Moderator) " . And in what way was my post disrespectful might i ask ? since there was no rude words anywhere in it and as i clearly stated i am assuming he is the one closing them and i suggested that he should wait for the OP of the thread to ask for the thread to be clsoed when that particular player finds his issue properly answered / issue solved / doesn`t require any further clarification . What was that if not a sugestion on how to improve their service towards players so it may reduce the tension between parties ? Also don`t u consider it wrong to just close a thread when someone asks a question ( game related ) doesn`t receive a satisfactory answer ( from his point of view ) or might need to ask for further clarifications regarding the issue or might need to post more screenshots to prove his side of the story and can`t since well thread is already closed .... so u can`t ask for further clarification in the original thread since it`s closed, you can`t open a new thread since it will be deleted for double posting ( forum rules as far as i know ) , so you are stuck to never receiving the further clarification you require.
On another note, if u refer to the question i asked the customer service in that screenshot , the screenshot was provided just to show that other staff are also quick to close a form without giving an answer beforehand . And the question was quite simple and it required quite a simple answer ...why was the amount of fragments on sale been downgraded from 5 to 3 ? and quite an easy answer would have been along the lines of " it is now only 3 frags so all pains on sale in redeem shops are sold on equal rate " or something like that . That would have been a profesional way of handling things, not just close a form without any shape or form of an answer.
I don`t think it matters if we love the game or not, what matters is how u conduct certain services. When a customer asks a question he should receive an answer not have his form closed. I find that to be way more rude, tactless and disrespectful than this entire thread in all honesty.
Yea you close them too soon, sometimes I want to add something but I find the thread closed. Very frustrating.

God, it wasn`t him who did that to me , let`s make that clear . i shown that screenshot to prove to the OP of the thread that even Customer Service does the same thing ( aka close threads / posts / tickets prematurely ).
Anwyay , as many ppl say , finding most threads closed prematurely is quite annoying when u feel the need to add something or ask for further information . Since most threads seem to get closed after a " we will look into it " message I think most people would like to ask after a while what was the result of the investigation ( aka is it a bug or not , is it going to be fixed or not ) but u can`t do so since thread is closed ....
