See Qolem, no need to provide any further informations. You can see feedback from others. Threads are closed if even a little criticism is there. Anything that might man something is done wrong is deleted so that everyone can only see rainbows and sunshines. That is not right. You see ... these particular servers are provided for countries like czechrepublic, hungary, poland, greece etc ... these countries have quite a low salary, most people make around 500 EUR. People are right when they say things are too expensive. We are not germany or china where people have thousands and thousands of euros. Of course we could spend that, if we had it ... Why not listen to people and make things cheaper, more focused on casual spenders and f2p to give nice items for let's say a few dollars that everyone can afford. To give something nice for anniversary. China got clothings, they got 85* anbu itachi etc. Why not give us something like optional kage pack? Kages are getting outdated but some people still like them. They want to spend on new treasures tho as kage becomes less and less useful. Why not give us optional 3* kage excluding ay and susanoo sasuke? Something like that. Those are all wonderful ideas I ahve seen many times and instead of implementing them, they are deleted. Without even an answer or an option for others to comment. Can you for once let the community lead a little to how they imagine the game? I am a spender. Not a big one. But I am. But most people are not. These are poor countries .. can you help us a little and hear oru wishes? To actually help with problems? Answer all the threads, listen to people, try to soothe their "pain". Criticism is needed in every corner of any business. If there is something wrong and it is not addressed it cannot improve. There is nothing wrong about it and nobody means it wrong. We just want the game to be awesome.

see the screenshot noober sent. It was not suppossed to be closed. He wanted an answer. Why make someone who loves the game and is supporting it angry or sad. Why not just answer. Truth. Like: "we felt like it is a good ninja and that the price needs to change because blah blah" you get it? This is what he wanted and needed. That is the service that needs to be given. I used to be wow mod and a customer support in banks. Trainer later. This is how things should be done. Or should I be doing it instead?

  • I agree with this guy that you should not close threads when people are asking for help. I know you use PM's to do it but you would be better off letting other see the fix for their problem. This way people can just do a search and hopefully fix w/e they need help with themselves or at least save you some time by trying a few things before they make a post about it.

There is no PM implemented in the new forum so it just goes without any answer whatsoever.

Well it is generally speaking about oasisgames customer service. Not about Qolem soloely. And yes threads should definitely not be closed after: "we will look into it" etc. Because sometimes the answer or well ... many times the answer is not satisfactory at all. It does not really solve the problem or explain it fully, so many people have to open another 30 threads and make screenshots and so on. IMHO threads should not be closed till the person asking says: "thank you, that's it"

  • Believe me, I'm deleting posts really rarely, and only if they are a totally unrelated piece of information, that has no place in a thread in which it was posted.

What concerns closing threads, I close threads that have been answered, to prevent any outbreaks of discussion which seems to always occur when I leave them open.

Reminding about the fact that this section is not for discussions, only for suggestions/bug reports, etc, doesn't seem to help.

Believe me, I am aware of the financial state of the countries you mentioned, I live in Poland myself. That part of the argument has nothing to do with the thread you started though, so why bring it up now?

Whatever ideas are brought up, it may sound easy from player's point of view "let's just add this", and it's done, while in truth, it's really much more complicated. I can't go into any detail about it, but I try to let players know if they suggestions are unreasonable or difficult to implement. That includes the suggestion you made now, which I unfortunately see as rather unlikely, at least in the nearest timespan. That doesn't change the fact that I'll forward it, and I'm grateful for any suggestions made, it shows that there are players that care about the game, which is really satisfying to see.

I'm doing my best to answer all threads I see, in some cases when I don't know, I try to gather info before I answer. Still, I would like to believe that what I do is not terrible, that I'm doing my job well. This is not for me to judge, but the players that I reply to. That being said, I still have rules that I have to follow, regardless if those are liked by players or not, I'm not the one who sets them, I am only expected to follow them, and make sure that those rules are being followed.

Thank you for a bit of a clarification, if you feel like there is something wrong, please don't hestitate from letting me know about it. I'm always glad to help, even if I'm not always able to.

Thanks for your answer. And thank you for not closing the thread. To answer you why I brought that up .. mainly as a test, because this particular sentence was my previous thread that got deleted within 2 sec by Daiske without giving any reason or answer. That's an unacceptable behaviour IMHO. You can close the thread now and I hope you will continue doing a good work like now. That's a step towards better service and happier players. Hopefully some will learn from you.
